The Whale Sanctuary Lodge (Gansbaai) What an amazing place to say the least! The Whale Sanctuary Lodge, in de Kelder, is a piece of African heaven. Located on the water's edge of de Kelder and overlooking its own bay, this is the perfect getaway. The whales find solace in this bay and come in to the shore so close that you can hear their spray from the comfort of your own private balcony. The views are spectacular and each room has a sea view. The Whale Sanctuary Lodge also has its own restaurant, located next door to the Lodge. The chef makes an unforgettable Cape Malay curry - a traditional South African delicacy. The service, efficiency and friendly nature of all staff makes for the most welcoming, comfortable and enjoyable stay. De Kelder is a tiny area just before Gansbaai. Gansbaai is a beautiful little coastal town in the heart of the Whale Coast. It is a fishing village but also a popular tourist destination due to its nearby Dyer and Geyser Islands. These islands are home to the Cape Fur Seals, African Penguins and Great White Sharks. Shark Cage diving is a most for the adrenaline junkies. This is the perfect spot for escaping the crowds to have a relaxing holiday, whilst still having a host of exciting adventure activities at your doorstop. |

Rosenhof Country House (Oudtshoorn) Rosenhof Country House is situated in the heart of the Karoo. It is a carefully restored Victorian house situated on the outskirts of Oudtshoorn which is named after the beautiful rose gardens in which it is set. It is the perfect retreat in the serene Klein Karoo. The Rosenhof offers luxurious facilities and excellent service and is recognised as one of the finest establishments in the region. The Victoria Falls (Zimbabwe & Zambia) The Victoria Falls is one of the natural wonders of the world, and only by experiencing it will you truly grasp its profundity, the local people calling "Mosi-oa-Tunya", meaning "The Smoke That thunders." It's been preserved in its natural state and fortunately it's been declared a National Parks and World Heritage site. Africa's undisputed "Adventure Capital" means that there is much to see and do around the Falls, including bungee jumping, white water rafting and canoing along the Zambezi River, this is the adrenaline junkies haven. Vic Falls is easily accessible from all of the major destinations in Africa and in itself is the main hub into Southern Africa's prime safari spots in Zambia, Zimbabwe, Botswana and South Africa. |

Singita Lebombo (Sabi Sands Game Reserve) Perched right on the mountainside, Singita Lebombo Lodge has a view that stretches out into one of Africa's most dramatic landscapes. Singita Lebombo Lodge is situated in Singita Private Game Reserve, in the Sabi Sands Game Reserve, Mpumulanga, South Africa. The lofts at Lebombo Lodge are suspended over the mountainside like eagles' nests. Rooms are decked out with wall-to-wall glass, and in respect of the views which magnificence is evident through this glass, decoration is kept to a bare minimum. Flocks of flamingos, tropical fish, the very rare dugong and incredible sunsets await you at the idyllic Flamingo Bay Water Lodge. Each has a balcony with wide opening sliding doors and each chalet rests on stilts in the crystal-clear tidal waters of Inhambane Bay. An elegant restaurant overlooks the inviting swimming pool which merges into the view across the bay and the lodge lies nearly five hundred kilometres north of the capital city of Maputo.
